F. H. Myers Construction Corp. opened for business as a commercial general contractor in July 1987. Fred Myers acted as president and owner of the company until its 25th anniversary in 2012, when he proudly passed the legacy to his children. Rachelle Myers Albright and Ryan Myers began working with F. H. Myers in 1996 and 1998, respectively. After ten years of working as the Estimator and Project Manager for each of their own projects, they separated the departments. Rachelle oversaw the project management department, while Ryan managed the estimating department. In these positions, they groomed their skills and expertise to follow in Fred Myers footsteps. With the transition in July 2012, Fred Myers, now Chairman of the Board, promoted Rachelle Albright to Chief Executive Officer and Ryan Myers to President of Preconstruction Services. Over these many years, more than just the leadership has changed and developed. In 1987, F. H. Myers was solely a General Contractor. Now, the company offers Preconstruction Services and Construction Management Services to better accommodate the needs of clients, architects, and engineers.
