Do not use Easypay!!! This little service of Cox has cost me dearly. I called to cancel easypay and was told it was cancelled. Over a week later they charged my account anyway. I called and complained they assured it was cancelled and a week later they charged my account again. They finally informed me that it takes 30 days to cancel this service. I finally had to cancel my bank account for them to stop charging my account. Oh and by the way dont get duped into the whole bundle thing. I cancelled highspeed internet and got rid of my boxes and the telephone. I never use a land line the boxes don't change the reception on your TV and high speed internet is no different in download speed than regular internet. It's all a waste of money you are better off with netflix and hulu.
