I just phoned this location to check and see if they sold an item. The Geek squad employee that answered the phone was the epitome of unprofessionalism. He refused to say who he was and hung up the phone. Hhgregg and Amazon.com should be getting a lot of business from these people.

Went to look at a price on new appliances. Not a single person asked if I wanted help. ( They were not busy ) I asked a man for help he said I'll be right with you ( he never came back after 5 minutes ) So I left. Best buy in Metairie is sooo much more hepful

I WILL ABSOLUTELY go out of my way to go to another best buy. Many times I would purchase items at this location and they refuse to let me return it. I go to another location and return with no question ask. What's the point if buying at one location and having to return it at another. I will more than happy to give my money at the other location. DO NOT GO HERE !!! there's no guarantee on their merchandise.
