Most unprofessional clinic ever. Reception staff rude and without manners. "Nurse" did not know how to take blood pressure. Was taken in less than 10 seconds with no stethoscope and zero pressure to cuff. Was told my pressure was 90/50 @ after asking if this was normal for me and being told no still was not repeated. Even though I was only second patient of day was left in exam room for 90 mins without even magazine to read. Finally left in disgust without being seen. Wouldn't go there for handrail let alone serious medical condition. Seek treatment elsewhere if at all possible!

Overall this was a very good experience. Finally New Milford has a reasonable alternative to either traveling to Brookfield/Danbury, or going to the emergency room when you get sick, worse or cut/break something on the weekend. BEYOND Urgent Care Clinic is clean, professional, and thorough. My 90 year old Dad was having some trouble breathing due to a severe chest cold. His primary care Dr retired on 12.31.16 and there wasn't an office in a 30 mile radius that would take him on w/o a lengthy intake exam and a 10 day wait. Upon calling local offices of the group, even though he has been part of the WCHN, no office would get him in until after 2.13.17. He had to be seen but wouldn't go to the ER for just a cold, respectably. After DL'ing the intake paperwork and filling it out, we got there and waited for 5 minutes b4 a friendly male nurse got him in a room and took his vitals. He was given a breathing treatment via nebulizer and a chest X-ray right there at the office. A very thorough exam was given and 4 prescriptions called in to his pharmacy. They even offered to become is PCP either in the interim or permanently. I felt confident as a daughter that my Dad's health was taken seriously and they took the time to answer every question I could think of. I would have given 5 stars for expertise if there has been an MD at the office. The patient before my Dad was a young boy who had broken sn arm and received a cast right at the clinic. The X-rays are read by an off-site Radiologist and the results received in at least 5 minutes, via email direct to the PA. Surprisingly they accept Medicare and Medicaid and they even do DOT Physicals for $100.00 fee. Not even 24 hours from the visit to BUC and he is fling better and resting comfortably. I would recommend this Clinic to anyone needing URGENT Care. Do not hesitste to check out this facility.
