Disappointed

It has been almost two months now since Remedy Plumbing visited our home. We were told they would get back to us with a quote for the plumbing job and materials, but we never received a telephone call or a written estimate. We understand if they were not interested in doing the work, but the company should have informed us of their decision. We feel that choosing to ignore potential customers is rude and demonstrates extremely unprofessional behavior. We are no longer open to the idea of hiring Remedy Plumbing and would not refer them to others.
