Located in New Iberia, La., Epiphany Day School is a co-educational independent school that serves more than 200 students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. Founded in 1982, it provides religious education based on the tenets of the Protestant Episcopal Church. The school s core curriculum includes English, math, science, social studies and language arts. Epiphany Day School also offers classes in art, music, French, computers, and Christian and physical education. Its library stocks a variety of textbooks, storybooks, encyclopedias, picture dictionaries, and fiction and nonfiction books. The school is accredited by the Louisiana State Department of Education, Southwestern Association of Episcopal Schools and National Association of Episcopal Schools.
