Excellent service! this was my first experience purchasing a/cs. i chose single wall units over central because of efficiency and maintenance. some may debate this. either way, I looked a PC richard, but decided to go local. Also, I asked around, and found out my neighbors had used Prime several times. Best decision. I have used the a/cs for the whole summer already. no problems. the seal on the A/Cs look pretty solid, as well. don't expect to have any drafts this winter. Prime also makes aluminum A/C covers for the outside of the unit. they followed up with me to have them installed. Again, best quality and service. these guys have been in business for many years. Hopefully, they won't go anywhere. they are not up to date with their office settings or online marketing, but I don't mind. those marketing costs are passed on to buyer anyway. Now, I get the best price that can be offered.
