My mom always goes there to get highlights all the time. They come out fairly pleaseable, but this past time, the lady forgot to put highlights in my mom's hair. Although she goes there frequently, the lady forgot! She dyed mom's hair and there were also grays still!! Obviously not a job well done. We come all the way from Millersville, Pa near Lancaster.
