I called Dr. Wiles 4 times in the last 6 weeks. He was referred to me by another physician. None of my phone calls were returned. If his practice is closed - I still deserved a response. It is highly unprofessional to not return a new patient's inquiries. Even a response from an office manager would have been appreciated. Weeks of treatment were wasted due to his neglegence.
