fixed my old I pod that had battery issues

I went to 2 places prior to coming here before and I wish I just went here! Iri is very helpful and has a lot of patience. They fixed my phone screen in a reasonable time and genuinely care about their customers. Overall was a really pleasant experience and will be returning if I need assistance with any of my other electrical devices. Highly recommend to everyone you won’t be disappointed they have a variety of nice cases too. :)

10/10 would recommend coming here! I had cracked my HP computer touch screen and needed to get it fixed. I was able to take it into the store, get a quote, and purchase a new screen all in about 15 minutes. I received a text when the screen had been delivered to the store and told I could bring my computer in whenever I wanted. It took thirty minutes to change out my screen and it is good as new! They even replaced it with the original back so I could keep my stickers!
They are also taking extreme precaution during the outbreak: gloves, masks, disinfectant, and customers aren’t allowed past the threshold of the store.
Very nice, professional, no hidden fees! I will definitely come back!

I brought my Samsung Galaxy S8+ for a screen repair. They ordered the parts and held onto the phone for an additional week to ensure that they seated the screen properly. I was told "If it does not seat properly the screen will break." After receiving the phone, the screen was not seated properly and the technician at no cost to me fixed it again. The screen was once again not seated properly which caused it to crack so it was brought back and was again repaired at no cost. The screen was again put on incorrectly and it cracked, this time the manager informed me that they will charge me $300 to replace the screen due to "screen damage" despite it being the result of the screen being installed incorrectly. I am currently awaiting a response after a review of this case with the manager and will update accordingly. So far I have been very dissatisfied with the repair and customer service
