this is probably the WORST customer service ever. They are right in downtown New Haven right next to Yale University. I have rented several times and have to say that ALL amployees are RUDE and show poor to no skills on how to deal with customers. I work at Yale and researved a car to drive to Philadelphia. as I had surgery recently, my fathr was going to drive the car. the staff (aggre fully with previous reviewer that the staff look grungy like they just rolled out of bed!!) were rude and refused to rent the car becuase i was not driving.

the atttitude was horrible.

i will NEVER go there again.

would rather drive to another town to rent a car
