They sold me a severely defective new car but would not honor the warranty. I was fed double-talk for over a year and had to bring the car to them fourteen times with no resolution. Although it was clear to them that the car was a lemon and could never be fixed, they were not willing to do the right thing. They just kept me hanging on at my expense, frustration and inconvenience. Eventually I got a lawyer, initiated a law suit against them and was vindicated when they were forced to refund the purchase price to me.
