jUst bought a brand new canon tr8520 printer and it is a non functioning printer. I now have tpo take it back to store and purchase a new one because they sold me a used printer AS NEW. this is a direct quote from Canon Customer service. Returning and buying elsewhere. I do like being sold used at a full price. Can not even contact the store directly about this issue. I am disabled and it is very difficult to leave my house. I am sure this is an effort to get more money out of me with geeksquad.

I traveled to this location from 50 miles away because the local stores (3) in my area did not have the computer tower I wanted. Once I found the product I was going to purchase one of the sale people stopped me to inquire on my intent. It turned out that what I was going to purchase did not go with each other [desk top tower computer and a graphics card. Thanks to the sale person for helping me make a new and better buying decision.
