Set up a rental for a caravan 1 month prior to my travel, when I got there I got a Travers not a caravan, could fit all of our stuff for vacation, payed full price and no discount for my inconvenience, return car 2 days early they gave me 1 day rental back big deal, there employees are more worried about talking to each other then explaining the unclear rates and fees, they did even was the car for us, will never us them again.

i get 4 upgrade for 4 days for just $ 20 very good manager in ni staff very friendly

Bad customer service! I didn't know I'm supposed to be responsible for they policy n procedures if not you will get hit with a fee over $180 never again! Be careful!
