I visited this Hallmark store located on 234 South Main Street in New City, NY 10956 three (3) days after Thanksgiving to purchase all of my Christmas Cards only to discover that they did not have all of them out yet. When I inquired as to why, I was told by an employee that they have not made room for them yet because they still had Thanksgiving Cards displayed (three days after Thanksgiving). As a caregiver, who's time is very limited I found this to be extremely inconvenient. With the advent of Dollar Stores who sell a wide variety of good quality cards for one dollar, I am writing to let you know as a longtime customer of yours, I will no longer go out of my way to purchase Hallmark Cards. It is too inconvenient and too expensive.

This is by far the worst hallmark I have ever been to. The management is not helpful at all and they seem resentful of the fact that they may have to answer questions or look for something if the customers ask. I have witnessed them repeatedly abuse their workers rights and it is very disappointing. However, I would like to recommend the Hallmark in the Palisades Mall. I have never had a bad experience there.
