I dropped off a computer to be repaired and it was sitting on the counter for over a week with no signs of anything being done to fix it. I left numerous messages for an update and never received a call back. Then after a week and a half, the charged me over $100.00 and 3 days later I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed right. I found a place that repaired it in 1 day and cost half the price and was very polite and professional. I would suggest you call them. Your PC MD 765-575-8281
