Collins Business Systems stepped up to the challenge to supply Aetna Hose Hook & Ladder Co. with a phone System Solution for our 5 fire Stations. Mike Holmes, Bill Faille, Bill Mohr and Joe Mullen provided exceptional Sales and Service for our Department and I would recommend that anyone looking for a Phone System or Communications Solution get in touch with Collins.I would like to especially thank Bill Mohr and Joe Mullen. We had originally scheduled to have each Station done a day at a time, but due to a issue with a carrier we had to install 4 of the Stations in one day. Bill and Joe tackled the issue and were able to complete the install in one day with minimal down time. My hats off to the Collins Team and we look forward to a long standing working relationship with them. We also purchased a maintenance plan to ease out minds.

We have worked with Collins Business Systems both in Superior Court as well as Supreme Court. Mike Holmes is an absolutely fantastic guy and has always been a great deal of help to us!
