I have been here multiple times and every time I have been, it was a pleasant experience until my most recent visit. I dropped off my two dogs to be groomed on Christmas Eve, having made an appointment prior, and the owners acted very uninterested in my dogs. The woman at the counter did not make any conversation and was very short with me. I understand that they must have been busy, but I just felt so unwelcome. I dropped off my dogs at ten in the morning, and I did not get a call until 4:20 PM SIX HOURS LATER. In addition, the phone call went a bit like this.

Me: Hello?

Owner: Can you come get your dogs at 4:30?

Me: Yes, that works.

Owner: *hangs up*

With no type of greeting or farewell or anything. I arrived at 4:30, and my dogs still were not ready. I was very taken aback by this experience. Every other time I have been to this groomer, the staff was very friendly and kind. I'm not sure if it was the holiday rush or new management, but I felt very unwelcome in this establishment and most likely will not return.

this place is wonderful! big enough to accomodate oversize dogs

and small enough to give that personal attention your dog might need. staff made us feel like old friends. i'll always leave my dogs with them!!
