The food and the service is good

While there is a smoking section, the place is so small that it feels like the entire dining area is the smoking section regardless of where you are seated. Even though my waitress was aware I was finished and just needed my check, she chose to stop and chat with people at length at another table. Food was decent, but not worth the smoking atmosphere, and poor service standard in my opinion.
