Quickly delivered my furniture i purchased online from their store. Kept track of everything and called me ahead of delivery so that i was available.

I like my couch! It can be stunning. They have been tremendous friendly while I was making my determination. They took the time to explain everything about each option. I need to have referred to as 4 times over the following few months on account that I was so keen to get it, they usually had been useful, on no account acted frustrated that I referred to as to examine up once more. It got here in just on time for my housewarming party, literally the day of. They squeezed in my supply once I instructed them about the occasion. SO nice!

Express delivery and installation was provided free of cost. Amazing deal. I was little hesitating to buy direct online but they made it special with special discounts.

This is my second order from Comfyco Furniture company and again experience was great. First of all I like their customer service. I really love your large selection and quantity of information on your site. It was very easy and informative, however I had a questions. They have a live chat which is great and they were quick to answer my questions and very polite. Ordering was easy. I bought a Turino Sectional Sofa, Daisy sofa bed and JM027 TV stand. Price was great. Delivery was free and on time. My new furniture was assembled quickly and professionally. I highly recommended this company. I will buy from you again. I ordered a bed with 2 nightstands. Didn't even read about assembly there: but fortunately those guys do not only deliver inside, but assemble as well. So, that was a great experience overall, Alice was really helpful on the phone. Now I am looking to buy some coffee tables.

Received my little sectional sofa (which is actually a sofabed as well) after a few days after placing an order. Delivery people brought it to my basement apt with no prob. Free delivery, btw. So - really happy, would recommend to friends.

I ordered an Atlas furniture set and I didn’t notice anything was wrong when the delivery men set it up. Later that day I noticed that they had put a dent on my wall and also badly damaged the piece. I called to complain and was told that he was sure it hadn’t occurred during the delivery and if there was damage, I had probably done it. He then told me that it is hard to move furniture around and if something breaks it’s not their fault. Don’t do business with these guys and if you really must THROUGHLY check everything they send before you accept it. The furniture is also low quality for the price; you are much better off going to Macy’s or Bob’s.

Very happy with my lovely sleeper and super fast delivery .Was shopping online for some local furniture provider and called them up.The next day I found my sleeper I wanted for my bedroom. Alice was really nice and helpful on the phone. The only bad thing - they don't deliver on weekends, but that's quite understandable. Overall had great experience with them!

Well, I was really happy about my purchase. Delivery times are not flexible, of course, but with a free delivery service when they bring it in and actually assemble everything for free, you can't complain. I was unable to accept my first delivery date, but second one worked like charm. Actually got a leads for this company from my friend who is also really happy. Great service.

Buyers out there, do NOT waist your time. This is the first time in my life I write a review and if there is a minus I would give them a minus on their customer service! I ordered a dining set, server and coffee tables from the website :



The product is ok, it is very close to what the pictures show on the website, except for the fact that the inside, underneath and behind the major areas, nth is finished. I did not mind this since the table top and server major areas were finished.

You will be shocked though how poor their customer service is and how UNPROFESSIONA their communication is.

They guaranteed to deliver and assemble my items, which were over 2k. When the items arrived, I had to talk to three people before the delivery guys accepted to assemble the pieces. They assembled the table and wanted to leave. Then, I asked them to assemble the chairs. They did and then wanted to leave. I almost begged them to assemble the rest of the items; the server and the coffee tables.they were extremely rude. I found two brown spots on two chairs and they saw the spots and told me to call Comfyco and they will get them replaced. The top drawer in the server didn't open as well. It just doesn't open. When I called to get these defects taken care of the manager told me that these defects are invisible and that it is ridiculous that the drawer doesn't open! I sent him pictures and called him over three time without any intention to get this matter resolved. He said that they are more than 200 miles away and that it is not possible to get these items replaced. I told him that I will make sure to write my review on the website and he literally told me " we moderate these reviews"
