Buying this pool was the biggest mistake of my sixty years. It was a nightmare from the time I got stuck with a smaller pool than I ordered, to a pool that gets shipped to california instead of Florida, To shoddy workmanship, (the liner started coming off one corner) upon which time I called the installer, who did come out but unbeknownst to us..it would be the only time they would show their faces. They gave us a plastic set of inpool stairs that have since came apart...The filter needs a new cartridge..and my pool is only FOUR WEEKS old. I cannot get anyone to answer me, dont know where to get warranty, doesnt seem to matter anyway. If you want a nice pool that will hold up to its warranty...run as fast as u can away from this company. Elizabeth Goodnoe
