Cashier was very rude and rolled her eyes when I asked about a product. I complained to the manager and she ignored the situation and did nothing about my complaint even though I told her this was not the first time I was treated badly by the same cashier. District Manager said this was one of their successful stores and liked the cashier. Customer service is not their top priority and disrespect of a customer is not frowned upon.

Manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. I've been in the store easily over 100 times and I don't think I've ever seen her say hi or smile. The other day I actually heard her yelling at another customer, I was appauled! Thank goodness the other employees are sweet, but I feel bad they have to work for that manager!!
