Terrible owner. Damaged my vehicle and refuse to fix it. First day at the wash and they had the blower blowing very hard. The kid worker there said it took off 8 mirror covers so far today, and not to worry and they will fix mine.
waited two days and no one called. I went and talked to Shawn, the owner. Bad attitude from the start, but he said he will take care of my car after checking for 5 minutes to make sure that it wasn't broken already. He took all the info he needed and disappeared for 5 weeks, with me calling and texting to check for update. Finally the masterpiece cover came back, not painted right and the wrong size part. He said I am on my own now and he tried to do the right thing and he has no more time to deal with my mirror cover.
Lost my business, my neighbors, my friends for a few dollars.

First time there was today. I'd been waiting months to use my free wash coupon I'd gotten on the back of my HEB receipt.

The code on the receipt wasn't working. I inquire with an employee, supposedly in charge. He tells me it expired at the end of 2016. But guess what, there's no expiration on the receipt. And that's what i told him. He goes on to tell me that, "it was a misprint on their part."

Obviously he didn't understand. I'm holding the receipt in my hand that has no expiration and he tells me that it expired December 31, 2016. And as if it was supposed to be of consolation, told me yeah well we gave away free washes for November and December. Great, thanks! I didn't get one.

Besides, they started printing those things months before they opened. I went multiple times after referencing my receipt and it hadn't opened. Then on the website it would only say "Coming Soon!" Which by the way it still says, apparently after being open for three months.

Not that it's my job to figure out these dip$@#%'s problems, but if.it was a misprint that you paid.money to have done, you say, "Hey, I paid for this product and got this instead."

I've been paying my bills from straight costumer service for years. Car, rent, everything from customer service. I couldn't believe how inadept this guy was at it. If the receipt had already gone into circulation, you need to PLAN on the problem, and craft a solution. I.E. "I'll do it for you today but in the future we cannot honor this." Besides, they knew how many they had in circulation, it would not have cost them any more than they had already planned.

There's a tunnel wash near the intersection of TX-46 and Loop 337 I like to use. It's very green and water economical amd service is always stellar. Otherwise there's one at the intersection of IH-35 and loop 337 on the north side of the loop. And it's cheaper.

These jokesters will never have my business.
