This is a very professional and expert place to have work done at a reasonable price! After having gone to the dealership and getting nowhere. Marc got the problem corrected on time. I will certainly recommended them to anyone!

I've been taking my cars to Precision for years. John and his crew have always done great work at great prices, and my latest experience was no different.

I took my wife's Mazda Protégé in for a front-end brake job. They got the car done the same day, as usual, and came in about $40 less than they quoted me. What happened next blew me away. After picking up the car on Friday afternoon and driving it over the weekend, my wife and I both noticed a slight "grinding" noise coming from the front left wheel. I took it back to Precision on Monday morning to ask about the noise. John stopped what he was doing and asked his main guy to check it out. They took the car around the block, heard the noise, brought it straight into a bay, and fixed the noise ON THE SPOT. It turned out to be a pad/shoe clip that had wiggled itself crooked. In addition to this, John also stepped up and went far beyond my expectations to remedy another minor issue that was most likely traceable to the original repair. Without going into detail, this was a service issue that any other shop would have told me to live with. John and the Precision crew made it right with no push back.

These are the reasons I will continue to use Precision and not hesitate to recommend them personally. If you need brakes, shocks, alignments, or muffler/exhaust work, Precision is the only place in New Braunfels you need to know about.
