These guys rock! Great communicators, and good clean work! SOUNDS GREAT!

WARNING:Elite Auto Sounds installed a Smart Start ignition interlock device in my truck. because of their incompetence on the installation it cost me almost 4X more than it should have.I had to be towed twice, and had my truck in the garage where they found a loose wire going to the interlock system. I talked to the girl about being reimbursed. She said she would look into it and get back to me. That never happened.I had no problem with the Smart Start device it self.If you deal with these people, be very careful.I don't recommend them at all.I've got a letter from the garage and the tow receipt's.She has copies.

The guys at Elite did a great job on my new truck. I had window tint, two subs and an amp installed and was able to finance it there. I would highly recommend Elite to anyone looking for a system or tinting.

Very Dissapointed Called twice to get information two days in a row each time they said they would call back. Still have not heard back from them. Guess they just lost a sale.

I wanted to surprise my fiance with window tint. They stayed way after closing on a Saturday so it would be done in time & the tint looks great. I will be going back to have an alarm installed in my Tahoe next week.

I took my car to three different audio places in new Braunfels before taking it to elite auto sounds. I had the system completely rewired but there was still some feedback. The technician found the problem and I was out the door in less than 10 mins. I won't do business anywhere else.

Went in with speaker problems in both doors. they charged for 2 speakers, and install, but only 1 door speaker works after I left.

On time, friendly, great job on alarm system.
