This guy is a nightmare he was in my house for 2 months. floors had to be redone because he is not a detail person. He did my stairs in oak THREE TIMES because he is not good at it. I was ready to take him to court. He states that his sanders 95% dust free. this also is a lie I am still cleaning up saw dust, I had to hire a company to clean air ducts. I have 98 pictures to show you of his screw ups before you hire him. FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. Does not show up until late afternoon or doesn't show up at all. A NIGHTMARE I had to repair my walls two times because he swings boards and puts holes in drywall. Not careful I now have to hire someone to re-due the trim work on stairs because his joints don't match together. I just wanted him out of my house!!!!
