We have used this Tree Service in Jefferson City and have been very pleased. Larry Hartman is the owner and he personally comes out to bid the job and explain exactly what he plans to do. He will tell you how he will do it also if you are interested and have the time. The company has a large bucket truck and a chipper as well and did a good job cleaning up after the work. One thing I like about this one is that he does not mind providing proof of his insurance and has been doing it long enough to know what he is doing. He looks to be in his 50's. I know there a lot of wood cutters who can also trim trees but when you get the hard trees I trust Harman to be safe and get it done. I have told friends and relatives about Harmans and they have used him and say he has done a good job for them. You dont have much to loose since he gives free bids. He usually answers his phone instead of having to leave a message than may not get returned.
