Williams Sod Farm installed my sod in one day. The crew worked diligently until the yard was completed. The Sod was beautiful, the price was affordable. Most importantly, the owners were forward and straight to the point. If you want your yard done right, call Williams Sod Farm.

0 stars! Last week I called to schedule a sod pickup. I rented a trailer on Wed in preparation for picking up sod Thur morning. 7:30am Thur morning on my way to their farm I receive a call from Linda that they don't have my sod and she would find out and call back by 8:15. I sat in a parking lot for ~45min and she called back stating they didn't have my sod and told me very rudely that they wouldn't do business with me and to go elsewhere. The reason was due to a poor review I wrote on YP 2 years ago. The review is justified in how they treated me with my lawn issues., but didn't go into specifics.
When Linda stated this I tried to talk to her and she hung up the phone on me (exactly what she did 2yrs ago). Linda then proceeded to text message me stating what did I think was going to happen...although they led me to believe I could get the sod so I rented a trailer and drove to them only to pull this stunt and cancel last minute as payback for a bad review?? I texted back stating how unprofessional this was (and yes I have the entire text conversation saved) and she proceeded to threaten me to write a bad review at my place of employment targeting me specifically, which my job has absolutely nothing to do with the conflicts between her and I and lawn care. She continued to call me immature and that is when I refused to respond to her anymore.
Williams sod farm is a COMPLETELY unprofessional company with no regard for customer service. Linda is the rudest receptionist and frankly does not care how she treats anybody. I'm sorry, but no receptionist should cuss or hangup the phone on a customer, especially when the customer is not being rude. If the previous review bothered them that much then the proper thing would have been to call the customer and find out why they are upset and try to resolve the issue, which Williams NEVER did. I will never recommend Williams to anybody and I advise you to find an alternative sod farm as I have done!

Today I stopped by the williams sod company location to ask a question but no one was at the main building so I called the number on one of company vehicles. The lady I spoke to was helpful and I left the location directly after. At the traffic light before pulling back on to I70 W I seen a man approaching my vehicle so I opened my door to see what he needed. At that point the man started accusing me of stealing pallets from his property. Being accused of stealing is very offensive to anyone. The apparent owner of the company was very unprofessional and put a bad image of the place in my eyes. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

They came highly recommended and did not disappoint ! Very professional crew that did an outstanding job! My estimate was lower than originally quoted and I am very satisfied and impressed with their workmanship. I would definitely recommend them! Courteous and fast service.

I called these guys and the next day I had an estimate in hand. The price was very fair and the service was great. The following week my yard was done. Use this company if you want fast reliable service.
