I live in Rlver Bend and my mail has been found in my neighbors bushes or on the lawn down the street. I expect mail but never receive it, today I stood in line at DMV to find out my registration was returned for being marked delivered to wrong address. I'm not surprized as I get others mail delivered to me. This is total incompetence ! very sad ! mindless people should be fired. The government should get out of this business!!

On a scale of one to ten, ten being the best , the service at the Glenburnie Road location in New Bern is no better than a four. They have four working stations but only use two while long lines stand and wait. If I ran my business that way, I would be out of business and so would most New Bern businessess. The long message at the end of every transaction is to say the least is ( annoying to the customer ). They should be waiting on the next customer---but----if all four working stations were manned, I could live with that.

Poor service, that's just one more reason the Post Office is losing money.
