I had excellent service while picking out my wedding dress I loved there whole selection from bridesmaid dresses to wedding gown!! They have a little bit of everything I will definitely be back if I ever need another formal gown!! Thank you to everyone at the wedding shop

It didn't look like a lot from the front, but the selection of ball gowns was unbelievable. There were racks of dresses everywhere. I was amazed they could put so much in such a little store. My only complaint is that there are limited dressing rooms and I did have to wait a few minutes for a room, but the lady hung my dresses up close to a room so I could get in when it was my turn. All in all it was a great and fun experience and I'm definitely going back.

This store does not even deserve one star. It should be called the "Shop of Horror" instead of Wedding Shop. I ordered my wedding dress, flower girl dress, bridesmaid dresses, and mother of the bride dress from this shop. Everything was great until all orders were placed and they had their money. My dress (Bride) came in first. The owner was somewhat short at my fitting and had to rush out. Kind of overlooked it...just thought she was having a bad day as we all sometimes do. Once all the other dresses came in, we (store employee and Bride) set day and time for flower girl, brides maids, and mother of bride to be fitted (agreed all would be done on same day).

On the day and time I coordinated with the shop to have all my bridal party fitted, the owner had a BIG attitude and acted as if the fittings were an inconvenience. She (owner) rolled her eyes while fitting my daughter (flower girl), made sarcastic comments, and was just plain rude. She was so ugly and rude, I had her stop in the middle of my daughters fitting, (mind you this was the first of my 5 girls to be fitted on this day) took the dress off my 6 yr old daughter, gathered up all the other dresses ,without any of them being altered, told her a piece of my mind, and walked out. Note: After telling her a piece of my mind...she went in the back, closed all the doors and never came back out. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY...IT'S DOWN HILL FROM THERE...STAY CLEAR OF THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is required for this review to give at least one star, but this place does NOT even deserve that!

This shop is not up to par when it comes to buying or ordering a dress. I ordered my wedding dress from here on October 3, 2012. It was supposed to arrive in February 2013. Being in the second week of March 2013, I was worried about not getting a call that my dress was in yet. I called and asked and they expected my dress to arrive at the end of May, ONE WEEK PRIOR TO MY WEDDING DAY!!!!!!

That leaves me no time for alterations and hardly any time to find a new dress!



I will NEVER EVER shop here again and warn others to save themselves and not go near this so called "wedding shop!"

I got all 7 of my bridesmaids and my wedding gown here. Mary and Claudia were amazing! I am not a small girl and most of my bridesmaids aren't either. We were treated like queens here. They went out of their way all the way to the end ordering dresses at the last minute and getting them in time! My wedding gown was unavailable at every shop in the area and the didn't have it either...but they called Christina Wu and had one brought in just for me to see! They were the only shop in the area that offered! Turns out the dress was exactally what I was looking for! A little more than I wanted to spend so they let me put it on layaway and never once called or bothered me about a payment. I got my dream dress to marry my wonderful Marine! Everyone looked fantastic at the wedding! My girls were stunning! I have already set up a time to go back and we are all getting our ball gowns here as well because they have the most amazing dresses! Thanks again Claudia and Mary ...Love ya both

This is the third year I have shopped at this store, They have an excellant selection of gowns, and their prices are quit reasonable. I don't think I would ever go anywhere else. Their service is great. The ladies are very nice and can't seem to do enough for you.

Me and my friend went in lookig for ball gowns for usmc ball, and there were many women working there and no one wanted to help us. We weren't exactly stick figures so we didnt get the attention needed. We up and left and went to The Intimate...The people were more helpful and more willing to get a dress for us and went to all lengths to order if it wasnt in the store..go there instead!

went there bought a dress for a friends wedding paid $170 for it then had to pay another $30 for them to take a bobby pin and pin my dress so it fit, day of the wedding the bobby pin fell out, what a waste and the lady that was working there wasnt very helpful and seemed verry anoyed with me looking at shoes, ill never go back there again a waste of money and time, now im stuck with a dress that dont fit....
