Absolutely never contract with Angela Scamordella, at Say It With Cake. She RUINED my daughter's wedding cake. When she was setting it up it leaned so badly that she stuffed napkins under it to keep it from falling over! It got so bad that before my daughter and her new husband arrived at the reception, I was forced to put overturned dessert plates under it to keep it from falling over and hitting the floor! It took me four days to chase her down after the wedding, and even though she admitted that I did not get what I paid for, she refused to give me any type of refund. I had prepaid her for both the wedding cake and groom's cake. I told her I thought it was fair for me to pay for the groom's cake, even though it was not decorated as I had discussed with her, and that I would pay $50.00 toward the ingredients that were required for the wedding cake. She has not contacted me since, and I have received no reimbursement.
