Eddie Holland and Barbara Hill conduct business in a caring, professional way...interactions with them are positive and refreshing. Specifically, I'll highlight something they did for me that I've never heard of an insurance salesman do before. About 5 months ago, I moved out of my residence in Sneads Ferry. Due to ignorance on my part, I did not realize that I could no longer keep my plan with North Carolina Farm Bureau as it stood if I wanted to ensure liability coverage with tenants in the house (this is because I moved out of the state of North Carolina). Barbara and Eddie went out of their way to contact me recently to inform me of this once they found out my mailing address had changed, and even referred me to a company that could properly insure my home. If I ever decide to move back to NC, Eddie/Barbara will be the first people I call so I can switch back to Farm Bureau and ensure reliable, excellent customer service!
