I had a trade-in I wanted appraised. I met w/ Ashley & she let me know the diamonds had some chips & I would get $250. A few days later I came in again, working w/ A who was patient, listened to me & made great suggestions, & gave total prices for all of our rings. I told her I'd be back, bt she was going out of town so she she saved everything. I came back in w/ my fiance & a diff woman greeted us. She told us tht the computers reset each night & we would have to start over w/ her. I showed him the rings tht I picked out & the woman said all the prices A gave me where low. She reappraised my trade-in because she said tht was "gone from the computer" too, she only gave me $200 because there were chips tht A didn't see. My fiancé was getting frustrated because she was taking a long time. We ended up leaving because of her poor attitude. There is no need to bash employees saying they "don't know how to do their job". We came back to deal w/ A & she helped us pick out our perfect rings!
