Horrible customer service!!! Man took the order on the phone, hung up on me and sent the wrong order and manager STILL wouldn’t make it right. Give your business to someone who appreciates a customer.

This is a take-out and delivery pizza place. Gina's has a perpetual special for a 12" pizza with two toppings for $8 plus tax (pick-up). My husband and I love this pizza, and not just because it's economical. It's a good, fresh, classic pizza. The crust is a good, chewy crust; the sauce is tangy and flavorful, and there's plenty of cheese (real pizza cheese, too -- not the kind that some cheap places are using that has American cheese in it, yuck). We would enjoy this classic pizza at any price.

I don't know if they have the biscuit-y, greasy crusts of some of the chains, or the stuffed crusts or whatever. I do know they have a great classic pizza that's hot, very tasty, and always ready by the time we pick it up.

We ordered Gina's while we were hanging at Brutopia in James City. They delivered it fast! The pizza was probably the hottest pizza I've gotten ever for delivery and comparably the hottest pizza I've ever gotten from over the counter. They were very generous on toppings. And it is pretty good pizza. Also, we had ordered an XL and they actually made two larges which ends up being even more pizza for our money! Awesome place! There's a good reason Brutopia endorses buying your pizza from there!����

This was our first time ordering and I'm so glad I didn't let previous reviews deter me from trying them. The pizza we ordered arrived piping hot in less than an hour. It was phenomenally delicious! So much more than I expected for the price which was so reasonable. The toppings were more than generous. Will definitely order again.

NEVER EVER EAT HERE! THE WORST! Mario's or Big Apple pizza in Havelock will have my business from here on out. Would rather drive 20 min than ever deal or speak with the crooks at Gina's Pizza.

I order two subs from Gina's Pizza in New Bern (JAMES CITY ). 1 steak sub , dry but .

WOW MEATBALL sub ..... Dont order ! the meatball were smaller than my eyeball & you get 8ea. on a large sub.sub bread center cut out about 1/4 or less of a inch with eight tina meatball lines on top .I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE OF EATING MEATBALL SUBS. Want a good meatball sub I recommend that you go to SUBWAY. At least you know that their are meatballs in it and actually a great sub and cheaper than GINA's ,Im through with them.
