This office is more concerned with protocol than a patients eye health. They REFUSE to see an eye injury/infection because they are not the Dr. on call. The Dr. on call called the New Bern office and requested they see my husband and they are still refusing- per protocol. Skip this office and find a Dr. who CARES about patient health.
