Very poor service. Husband went to get a molding strip for our shower pod door, and the receptionist/employee snubbed us. Told us they didn't carry trim and to try going to Brinn Glass and Mirror. We did and were very pleasantly treated at Brinn. I don't enjoy being looked "down upon because I'm not trimming out a complete bathroom ensemble. I won't be recommending this place."

Great products and reasonable prices; however, sales personnel are not very knowledgeable about their product, or they just do not care. Purchased a showerhead that should have been sold with a particular arm based on my shower size. Was not give that information at time of sale. Once the shower was used for the first time, we realized we needed a different arm. Bath Concepts would not admit to any fault and told us we could purchase the other arm from them if we liked. Did not even offer to give us the difference in price from the one we already purchased from them. By the way, had to call the Moen company directly to obtain the information we needed to correct the situation-the personnel at Bath Concepts were clueless.
