Initially got an “I don’t care“ attitude when scheduling burner cleanout. Took 2 calls to scheduled. Technician, Jerry G. Pretty much compensated for customer service. Felt he did a quality job, was polite and cleaned up nicely when done:

Tyler serviced my heater today and did an amazing job. He was polite, kind and very knowledgeable with my Steam Heater.

Came back from vacation, house was 55 degrees, so much for automated delivery. They came the next morning, that was 18 days ago and I just noticed that they forgot to put the cap back on the tank

After being fed up with my previous service company, who was bought out by a larger company, I decided to try Boyertown Oil. Stopped by their office to discuss the issues. Was told by receptionist, service manager would be in touch with me. That was almost 2 weeks ago.



I'm not one to bad mouth people but to not even get a call back to say they weren't interested, speaks volumes.



Must be nice to ignore people.



Eventually word will get out.
