Extremely friendly and professional group of individuals coming out of this office to service my home. I highly recommend them! They took care of the ants getting into my house, knocked down and removed wasps nests--you name it! Their website and app need a little beautification but they are operable. The customer support is extremely responsive. You can tell Aptive definitely makes their customers a priority. Thank you for all of your services.

The New Berlin, Wisconsin branch is a scam. I am a current customer and they have ignored all of my calls and they keep hanging up on me, and wont answer any of my messages and are in breach of contract. I have been very polite. I don't know what else to do other than to leave a message on this website.

Michael was awesome! He came by our home for our quarterly treatment and asked if there were any specific areas we wanted him to treat. Immediately, I said, "Inside my home". Without any hesitation, he obliged and did every area in our home while explaining the reasons/causes as to why he would spray in certain areas. In the end, he asked if there were any other areas we would like for him to treat. I mentioned some ant mounds in my backyard, and he, once again without hesitation, agreed to treat those areas. He was very respectful, professional, and courteous throughout the whole process. It is guys like Michael that would make me want to continue to use Aptive's services. Thanks Mike!

Just had our first visit from Aptive. Rollin Sutherin was our service professional. He was very knowledgeable, prompt and thorough. Great service.

Richard E. was just at the house to spray for bugs and thought he did a great job. He came to the door when he got here and I assumed it was a delivery until 5 or so minutes later I hear some noises coming from the back door area. And as I went to look I saw a guy closing and locking the gate on the porch, so knew then he wasn't a burglar or worse. I opened the door to see what he was doing, and he kindly explained since it is normally my wife home during the day I had no idea. Once finished he came and gave a great explanation of what he did, what to possibly expect and to be sure to call if anything comes up before they come back in 3 months. So I personally thought it was great that he did take the time to explain everything he did and what could be expected seeing we just had a later in the year snow fall that my change things. So again great job and thank you.

I was hesistant about buying the service for the year since I really hadn't heard of Aptive Environmental. When James Stevenson came by to apply the first treatment, my mind was at ease, I knew I had made a great decision in Aptive Environmental. James was able to get rid of a couple of hornet nests that were attached to the house. He went above and beyond and was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional! I would definitely recommend Aptive Environmental.

We had been working with a pest control co. for over 6 yrs, but weren't completely satisfied. We opted to try Aptive Environmental. Pete Lee came out to our home today. He was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. He identified and treated many ant colonies throughout our yard as well as a hornets nest that was forming between the slab stones on our front stairs. He also did a thorough inspection of the exterior of our entire home. Very impressed!
