i've had my Handy Andy's Quality Vacuum for 4 years now... My wife and I got tired of having to buy a new vacuum every year or so, so we decided to buy a well built, high quality vacuum from Handy Andy's.
H.A.'s does the financing themselves and there has been zero hassle. Every year i bring the vacuum in for a complimentary tune-up/refresh. I have 3 toddlers so the vacuum gets a heavy workout! Its 16 foot hose is perfect. with just the hose i can reach all the way up the stairs to my second floor, and all the way down the basement stairs.
It doesn't look fancy and flashy like some of the vacuums out there with the brightly colored plastic, but it is a workhorse, and the guys at Handy Andy's stand behind it 100%
they can repair YOUR vacuum when it breaks, or they can give you a trade-in towards THEIR Quality Vacuum and you don't have to worry about buying another one, ever...

This is the best vacuum cleaner hands down.Service is outstanding, friendly,and prompt. The vacuum cleaner is made with quality parts as is all the attachments.They stand by their warranty 110%.The hoses,and cord is exceptionally long for easy cleaning.You will not be dissappointed,guaranteed. I will never purchase a vacuum cleaner elsewhere.

This is the best vacuum I have ever owned. I have had the vacuum for 6 years and use it every day. I've never had any problems with the it. When I bring it in for an overhaul it is ready the same day. Parts that I didn't know needed replacing are replaced and I have yet to be charged for them. This is a family run business that takes great pride in their service. It's always a pleasure dealing with them.

I currently own my 2nd vacuum from Handy Andys and my 1st one lasted over 15 years. These are by far the best vacuums I've ever seen in my life and the customer service you get is 100% every time!!! Its so refreshing to use a local business and then to have them go above and beyond in the quality of the item and the service they have provide - its awesome!!!! A class act for sure. Great service a a reasonable price with a smile, You almost forget what it's like doing business with a great shop when we frequent the big box stores so often. In a world that is lacking grade A customer service, Handy Andy's has found a way to move to the head of the class with an A+++. Right in line with high-end service, Handy Andy's vacuum is high quality, reliable, and durable. I would challenge you to find a retailer that provides better customer service than Handy Andy's. When bringing my vacuum in for its annual tune up, I was quite impressed. It was tuned up in about a day, it shined like new again (some paint that I had gotten on the vacuum was even removed!), had some new parts, and was thoroughly inspected. Time was taken out for me to make sure I was satisfied and any concerns/questions were encouraged. They are passionate about what they do and they certainly excel at it. I am a very happy owner of a Handy Andy's vacuum.

I brought my Handy Andy's vacuum cleaner in for service after owning it for 15 years. I hadn't realized I hadn't had it serviced since I owned it. Andy was right there telling me all the improvements he has done to the vacuum and how he stands by what he sells and services. He serviced my vacuum quickly- with-in a week. I have been using it almost every day and let me tell you, it REALLY picks up and it is really convenient to attach the attachments at the upper part of vacuum and not having to bend down and twist and pinch the hose to place it in. The hose is long enough to reach where I need to without having to move the vacuum. I have a dog and it is easy to vacuum the chairs when I am vacuuming the carpet. He had thought of so much that makes a vacuum a pleasure to use and not a chore.

I highly recommend Hand Andy's for your next vacuum. The service is friendly, personable and knowledgeable Being able to use his parking lot and not pay a meter, is another benefit, even if you use the meter he gives you the quarter back: I mean what a guy! I TRUST and HIGHLY recommend Handy Andy's: they are really GREAT!

An excellent company that puts the customer first. They stayed open late on a Saturday afternoon after we called them that we were going to be late to bring our vacuum in for repairs. Then they fixed it while we waited. That was impressive in that we hadn't bought it from them. They held two people overtime to help us.

They even have free parking right next door. I now will not go anywhere else.

I have been a customer of Handy Andy's for over 10 years. The people are friendly, the service is excellent and the products are great! I love my vacuum and it makes the entire process of cleaning my home much easier! Small business owners should take note that this is how business should be done. In a world of computer-generated phone systems and de-personalized service, Handy Andy's sticks to customer-based business. A pleasure doing business with them!

Hassitated because of the price BUT I would do it again in a heart beat! I have a child under 1 who loves to throw food on the floor and a 3 yr the doesnt help w the mess. I vacuum up EVERYTHING. I have a history of breaking things and I havent broken it yet still going string after 1YR. Buy their vacuums!!!

I can definitely understand why Handy Andy has been in business for 50 years!!! They are very conscientious with their work and thorough. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable . They stand behind their product, I am completely satisfied with the service, qulaity of work and the product. I highly recommmend that if you are in the process of looking for a vacuum, you must go to Handy Andys because they are the best.
