My 79 yr old father has ( non smoker) stage 4 lung cancer and depends on an oxygen machine for breathing. We experienced the machine diminishing in volume output and made a call to their New Bedford office at approximately 6:00pm. At approximately 8:00pm (2 hrs later) we received a call at 8:00 pm from Andy a tech/ delivery employee from Enos Co. He arrived in our driveway and asked if he could replace our unit. We were incredibly thankful and surprised by the quick response and the professionalism and knowledge Andy had. He provided us with the instructions, new hoses, attachments and we were at peace of mind once again. PS I live in Worcester County and have no affiliation with this company, I just believe when excellence is observed, people and companies deserve to be recognized. R.B.

Been trying to call to change my supplies since April, leave voice mails and no one calls back. Called this morning and twice was hung up on when asked to speak to whoever is in charge. Unprofessional and time to switch places, call my insurance and cancel any service with these people
