Seen they had an engine on car-part.com called to confirm price and availability they said they had it and it will be ready to be picked up by the time I arrived. Made the 35 mile hike up there with a pickup truck that I had to borrow and when I got there guy says sorry computer must be wrong I cannot find the engine back there! So needless to say trip was a waste of time and I will spread the word this business has very poor customer service. BIG WASTE OF TIME... TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

I waited over 2 hours for 2 rims while everyone in the shop ate pizza and did nothing. I sat in the waiting room and no one seemed to care. Just money to them they are unorganized and slow two very important things for a business.

Only experience is by phone, so I am biased, but they were:

1.) polite- since the phone answerer was willing to listen to my request in full and then further support -

2.) organized- as the 1st person switched me over to the correct employee for my reason of calling without delay, and -

3) honest- as far as that goes in automotive. Whether or not I liked the information, it was delivered directly to me, quickly, by one person. The response was straight forward and professional, yet my personal situation was still listened to and taken into consideration.



Still pending further financial transactions with them, but on the surface I thought they were a decent, helpful group, and I didnt see the need for such negative reviews, so I decided to write my thoughts here. Again, limited experience with them, so I accept my bias upfront.

Excellent Customer Service....The Item that I picked up today was a brand new item and they charged me less than the price for a used one ...Very helpful people...
