I just returned from a horrible experience from the cleaners, yes the dry cleaners. I took my white curtains there 2 weeks ago and decided to pick them up today. I came straight home and looked at them. Two out of the 4 drapes were great. The other two have brownish, yellow stains on them. It looked to me like they were not rinsed or cleaned properly. They look like water marks. So, I took them back. When the OWNER came out he didn’t even look at them ONCE! He said he didn’t do it. How could he do it. It was me, I did those stains. STILL WITHOUT looking at them. He asked when I picked them up and I said 5 minutes ago. He said no, those stains were there. You did them. I was totally shocked that I was being talked to this way especially by an owner. I told him that I spent $60 of my husbands hard earned money and they should be cleaned right. And he should not laugh at me and tell me I did the stains. He is in the service business I could not believe he would talk to or treat a customer this way. I never asked for anything free I just wanted them clean but all I got was laughed at without him looking at my problem. I am still shaking mad from this man. So, if you do go to this cleaners I would ask you to think twice before you take anything of value (which is usually everything you take to the cleaners is) there again. I could go on about what else he said but I think you get the point.
