We had a boundary survey done by AB-SB Land Survey, PC. Mende is amazing. He is very professional, but extremely friendly! He took the time to show me where all of the stakes were. And he didn't just put in the corner stakes, he also put stakes along the property lines to help us better set up where the fence should go. I called around, and the price was better than the rest of them. Do not hesitate to use AB-SB Land Survey.

Mende is absolutely amazing! He provided the fastest service! He came out in a days notice because for me, it was an emergency situation and I needed a survey right away. He was so kind and helpful. We needed our documents from our stake survey within the week and he had it to me in 2 Days. Mende really does go above and beyond in assisting to make sure things are completed in a timely manner.

I used AB-SB Land Survey PC to carry out a full land survey on a property I purchased in Lake Orion. The communication via email was always extremely prompt. The survey was booked in less than a week after we were quoted and we received a full report just 4 days later that was extremely easy to read and understand. Extremely good value for money. I am Realtor and always recommend AB-SB Land Survey to my clients. I cannot recommend using Mende and AB-SB Land Survey enough!

I called many survey companies to give me quotes to survey our almost 11 acres and Mende had the best price. They spent the whole day out there as they had to go into the woods and put stakes out there and it was not an easy task with all the trees and water out there. They didn't even take a lunch break. The guys were very professional answered all my questions. We received our detailed paper work fast. I would highly recommend this company for survey work on your property. Money well spent in our case.

AB-SB is a great survey company! They were able to come out the same week and did a great job! All the other companies I contacted would have been several weeks out and had higher costs. We need just under 3/4 acre residential lot surveyed, for a fence to be installed. Mende was the most reasonably priced of all survey quotes I received and was willing to put wooden stakes every 40 feet, something no other surveyor even offered.

He was very flexible and we had an appointment almost immediately after initial contact.

We received the paperwork several days after the survey.

We were happy with the level of work and professionalism we received. I would highly recommend.

Outstanding Professional Work.

They promptly and accurately completed the job as quoted. When a concern from the County Register came up, they quickly addressed it to the county's satisfaction and mine. I will use them again and highly recommend them to others going forward.

I used Mende to perform a lot split and stake on 24 acres. I have had experience with other civil engineers, and I did get other quotes for this job. Mende was very quick at getting me a quote. He was also fast at performing the job. He updated me daily with job progress reports either by email, or phone. The customer service and attention Mende put forward on my job was refreshing to say the least, and the price is quite fair.
