i don't even know where to begin but I will start with this.... This is the most compassionate, educated, personable and loving vet and staff that I have EVER had in my 23 years of dog training, owning a kennel, showing,and having lots of my own fur babies! Dr Heinickle cares for 7 of my dogs,2 horses, and 4 goats of mine. Today we had an emergency...I called at 7:30am and they called me back in 15 minutes! My beloved Bernese mountain dog had a gotten very ill over the night.Within no time we knew it was a mass and a ruptured spleen! he took her in for surgery and they called me every 15 minutes with updates! Shes recovering there now but I know she is at the right place with the BEST People! . They care with their hearts and comfort with their actions. I will be forever grateful for this gifted team. Thank You all for taking such wonderful care of Mercedes and of me! .No matter what the outcome is... I am rest assured she has the best chance with your team! Tailwags! Penny Layne

Top-notch care, friendly and competent vet, helpful and caring staff, very clean facility. My Bull Mastiff/Lab mix named Jasmine and I recommend this practice highly!

I love this place. My dog, charlie was so excited every time he went to the vet. They are all very nice. They love all the animals that come into this place and they will do anything to make sure your animal is taken care of. I moved and it is hard to find another vet that is half as good as they are,

Have to recommend Five Points Vet Clinic in Saltsburg! Brand new clinic just opened - very inexpensive and great care! They were great for my chihuahua mixes neuter... We are now switching happily to them from our so-so vet in Indiana - service worth the drive!
