I had an appointment that I needed to reschedule do to a work issue. When I called to cancel my appointment the man that answered the phone was rude and chewing in my ear. I had full intentions on trying to make another appointment during this call until I was actually speaking to this man. He made sure to tell me that I was going to lose my $40 deposit but didn't give me a chance to ask for another appointment. HE CAN KEEP THE $40 cause he lost my business for good! I have a piece to finish on my back that was quoted to me at $150. I will be happy to pay someone else to finish it! I will be sure to let all of my friends know to not go there! It is not that great of a place and with the rudeness of the man who answered the phone, it isn't worth it.
