Sugaree's is my favorite home town bakery. The carmel and rainbow cake are the ones I love the most. They sell cupcakes, pies, and cookies. Stop in so you will fall in love too.

I have heard great reviews about this business and wish my experience was just at good... but it wasn't. I was not able to go in to physically tell them what I wanted for my cake so I called and emailed them what I wanted. I also sent a picture of the exact cake I wanted just one color was to be changed on the cake in the photo I sent. I was very excited to pick up the cake when I was ready but after they came in with it. I was very much not happy. The whole cake was only one color and yet it did have the design I asked for it still was not like we discussed. It was how they had previously told me would not look good so that is when we decided to pick two colors for the cake. When I told them that is not how we decided to do the lady asked me "are you sure". I mean come on.... Yes I am sure, I ordered the cake. I then began to receive huff and puffs from the staff. I did say that it is fine I will still take it. I was then charged more that I was told. Again I was asked was I sure. I did not even want to pay the regular price for this cake since it was not even what so ever! The cake was leaning to one side and the top tier was started to slide off place of the bottom tier. This cake was not to my liking. I suggest the staff be more friendly and listen for the correct and final order information. Also, take more pride in your work and do it better. I can't say I will recommend this business nor use them ever again.
