Absolutely horrible. Rude...no appreciation for their customers. They will lie and cheat at any chance they can to only keep good reviews. They bad mouth customers on their page. Only honest reviews can be found on restaurant review fb pages or places like this. Even then some of the good are fakes. And expect to be blocked even if you aren't rude because they don't don't want to communicate or do anything to better themselves. The closing early wasn't even a huge issue. I just wanted real hours but to be blocked and talked about on their page says it all. The photos are pm I had with them. I never posted anything to their page at all to cause a blockage. They literally blocked over my inquiry.

My son and recently visit to Gonzo's was great. we had the cheese steak which was the best i have had anywhere in the country. The service was good and the waitress great. I will return for more.
