Bud's In Bloom did the flowers for our daughters Wedding. They went above and beyond to make her special day the best it could be!! They are so polite and easy to ork with, they made a stressful day feel like a breeze. Thank you!! I would recommend them to anyone!

I try to buy local, and occasionlly it blows up in my face. I bought my daughter a plant for her 1st Mother's Day from BUDS N BLOOM. She plants it and it literally dies overnight! There was no card with it that gave her care instructions. After at least 4 calls, they won't replace the plant, saying it was her fault and there's nothing they can do.

In case they don't know down at Buds In Bloom a satisfied customer recommends a service or product to 4-7 people within 2 weeks of the interaction or purchase, a dis-satisfied customer will complain to 10-15 people about the poor treatment for up to a month and sometimes more. The flower business is very competitive, they should have replaced it immediately with hand written instructions on care. Shame on them ! DON'T USE BUDS N BLOOM. They are NOT customer service oriented!

The owners are such nice people and very easy to work with. I had friendly service and will be using them again in the future!!!
