My daughter was stranded in Budd Lake NJ on a flat. Her car has 19 inch rims. Her spare was the tire that came with the car. For two days I called emergency road service and tire shops trying to find someone to put it on. Everyone said no. I called and spoke to Mike and he told me what he could do. He even gave me a number to the tow company. He solved a problem that the other shops could not. Great service.

My speedometer wasn't working so I called around to probably 10 places to try to get a ballpark figure. No one could give me one (I did understand it had to be checked for the exact reason but they all said they couldn't even tell how long it would take to diagnose the problem & that would cost $$ in labor). Alternative was the only one who asked if the check engine light was on (it was) & then said they could scan it to determine the issue. If we didn't want to go ahead & fix it, it would only cost about 1/2 labor hour for the scan. We chose to fix it after getting the estimate. They've got our future business, for sure! And also the mechanic showed me the old part & explained what had happened - excellent service!!
