Took my dog there a few times but when I went to hand her leash over, she started crying and running to the door. She never did that elsewhere I took her for grooming. I even asked if anything happened to her and they said no. Only if they could talk. Her hair wasn't cut as I would have liked and she didn't smell "nice" after just getting a bath & groomed and I gave them a few chances and told them my concerns. One day it took them 6 hours! Didn't care for the services there. Petsmart does a better job. Would not recommend.

I highly recommend K-9 Bath & Body, they are kind, compassionate and work very well to understand each of the four legged friends in their care. Our dog has always had a great experience at the spa. The friends I have recommended all feel the same. A VERY satisfied customer
